Our Sr. Roundtable will focus on the board of directors and its role in the governance of today’s corporations. Learn about what goes on inside the boardroom and how the investor relations function can better assist board members in executing their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders.

Our guest speaker is Aimee Weisner, an independent board member serving on the boards of directors of three public corporations and one private company including Glaukos (NYSE: GKOS), Oyster Point Pharma (Nasdaq: OYST), LENSAR (Nasdaq: LNSR) and Avellino Lab USA. Aimee sits on the audit committees at Glaukos and Oyster Point and the compensation committees of LENSAR and Avellino, where she also chairs the committee. Prior to retiring from the practice of law, she served as General Counsel of Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW), EVP and Secretary at Advanced Medical Optics and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Allergan after beginning her legal career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
